About the Accommodation

The Apartment 2.13 “NahERHOLUNGsgebiet“ is located on the second floor.

There is a lift, so that you don't have to use the stairs.

Every apartment has it's own private parking space in the underground parking lot, which you can use also to fasten your bike or eBike.

The Apartment “NahERHOLUNGsgebiet“ is equipped with a full functional kitchen, offering almost everything you may need.

You'll find a combined living area as well as the kitchen, a separate sleeping room with a queen size bed and a bathroom. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a sleeping couch. If you want to see more, please have a look to the photo section of this Apartment.

The Apartment has no terrace or balcony.

There are two in wall ventilation units which you can adjust to your personal needs, offering filtered fresh air, even with closed windows. The windows (can be opened or tilted) do have 3 glass layers to ensure a calm apartment.

Thick curtains can be used for a dark environment at night.

Bed clothes and towels (also a bigger one for showering) will be provided.

Please be advised that smoking is not allowed in all of our apartments!

The "Spinnereihof" is a building, opened in 2021, with modern architecture. All apartments do have exposed concrete ceilings for a futuristic touch. We haven't forgot to paint them. :-)
